In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall carry the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the 77vip Platform, a User must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

• Be a natural person aged 21 years or older at the time of registration and at all times during Platform use;
• Have the full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to the User's jurisdiction of residence;
• Not be a citizen or resident of a jurisdiction in which online gaming is explicitly prohibited under applicable national law, to the extent that such prohibition is absolute and not subject to any exception;
• Not be an employee, director, officer, consultant, contractor, or immediate family member of 77vip or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors;
• Not be the subject of a self-exclusion order placed through the 77vip Platform or any associated responsible gaming programme;
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the Account lifecycle;
• Agree to maintain a single Account only — multiple registrations by the same natural person are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate account termination.

Registration Process

Account registration requires the submission of a valid Pakistani mobile number or email address, the creation of a secure password, and confirmation of agreement to these Terms and Conditions and the 77vip Privacy Policy. 77vip may, at its discretion, require additional information during or following registration for the purposes of KYC compliance, fraud prevention, or regulatory obligation. Provision of false information during registration constitutes grounds for immediate termination and forfeiture of any Account balance.

One Account per person and per household is permitted. Where 77vip identifies multiple Accounts linked to the same individual, device, household, or payment method, all associated Accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited pending investigation. Users who believe a duplicate Account has been created in error should contact support at [email protected] immediately.

Users bear sole responsibility for the security and confidentiality of their Account credentials, including their login password and any two-factor authentication codes associated with their Account. 77vip will never request a User's password or 2FA code via any communication channel, including live chat, email, or SMS. Any request for this information purportedly from 77vip is fraudulent.

Users must:

• Maintain their registered mobile number and email address as current and accessible throughout the Account lifecycle;
• Notify 77vip support immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorised access to their Account;
• Keep all registered personal information accurate and up to date, providing documentation to support any changes when requested;
• Ensure that all financial transactions conducted through the Account originate from payment methods registered in the User's own name;
• Not disclose Account credentials to any third party, including family members residing in the same household;
• Not use the Account for any purpose other than personal online gaming entertainment, in accordance with these Terms.

77vip accepts no liability for losses arising from a User's failure to protect their Account credentials. Where unauthorised access results from a User's negligence — including using easily guessable passwords, sharing credentials, or failing to secure their device — any resulting financial loss is the User's sole responsibility.

Deposits

77vip accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, and USDT cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. Deposits are credited to the User's PKR Wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider, which typically occurs within two to five minutes for mobile wallet methods and up to one business day for bank transfer methods.

Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in the User's own name. 77vip does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Where a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party source, the deposit may be returned and the Account suspended pending investigation. 77vip does not charge fees on deposits; however, the User's payment provider may impose its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time from the Account cashier section, subject to the following conditions:

• The User's Account must be fully KYC-verified before the first withdrawal is processed. KYC verification requires submission of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and a selfie for identity confirmation;
• No active Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements may be withdrawn. Real-money funds not subject to any wagering requirement are withdrawable at any time;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 300;
• Standard PKR withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa for amounts under PKR 25,000 are processed within 15 to 30 minutes on KYC-verified Accounts under standard operating conditions;
• Larger withdrawals and bank transfer withdrawals may require additional processing time of up to two business days;
• 77vip reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk thresholds, which may extend processing times temporarily.

77vip offers promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section. Promotion-specific terms are published on the 77vip promotions page and govern in the event of any conflict with these general terms.

• All bonus offers are available to eligible Account holders only. Eligibility criteria — including minimum deposit amounts, qualifying payment methods, and time windows — are specified per promotion;
• Bonus Funds and real-money funds are tracked separately within the Account wallet. Wagering requirements must be completed using real-money funds or, where a bonus specifies, using Bonus Funds on qualifying game categories;
• Wagering requirements are a condition of bonus acceptance. A User who accepts a bonus implicitly agrees to fulfil the applicable wagering requirement before withdrawing bonus-derived winnings;
• The welcome deposit match bonus is available on the first qualifying deposit only. Subsequent deposits do not qualify for the welcome offer regardless of circumstance;
• Cashback bonuses are calculated on net losses over the specified period and credited automatically to the Account wallet. Cashback credits may carry their own wagering requirements as specified per promotion;
• 77vip reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or suspend any bonus or promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice to affected Users. Bonuses already accepted by a User at the time of modification are governed by the terms applicable at the time of acceptance;
• Abuse of bonus programmes — including, but not limited to, matched betting, bonus arbitrage, systematic exploitation of promotional offers, or suspected collusion — may result in cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings, account suspension, or permanent termination.

All games available on the 77vip Platform — including live dealer games, RNG-based table games, and slot titles — operate using software supplied by third-party game studios that hold active independent certifications. Random Number Generator (RNG) outcomes are generated by mathematically certified algorithms and cannot be influenced by 77vip, individual Users, or any third party.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages and house edge figures reflect the certified default configurations supplied by game studios. 77vip does not modify RTP settings below studio-certified defaults. Players may access game-specific RTP information within each game's information panel.

In the event of a technical malfunction — including server disconnection, game crash, power failure on either the player or provider side — the following principles apply:

• Bets placed and accepted by the system prior to a technical failure are valid and will be settled based on session logs;
• Where a malfunction renders the outcome of a game round genuinely indeterminate, 77vip may void the round and return the staked amount to the User's PKR Wallet;
• Live dealer game sessions are recorded in full for dispute resolution purposes. These recordings are the definitive record of game outcomes in the event of any dispute;
• Game errors or software failures that produce outcomes inconsistent with normal game operation may result in settlement voidance. In such cases, 77vip's decision, after review of all available session logs, is final.

Users are permitted to use publicly available game strategy information, including basic blackjack strategy charts and baccarat statistical guides. Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or AI-assisted tools that place wagers or interact with the Platform without direct human input is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination.

Users must not engage in any conduct that 77vip, in its reasonable discretion, determines to be harmful, abusive, unlawful, or contrary to the integrity of the Platform. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of Account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false identity information during registration, KYC, or at any other point during the Account lifecycle;
• Attempting to access the Platform while under the age of 21 or while under a self-exclusion order;
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or mechanical system to place wagers or interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Users, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker formats, coordinated betting, or signal-sharing in live dealer games;
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, technical malfunctions, or game vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Users;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity in contravention of applicable anti-money laundering legislation;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund an Account;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 77vip staff, live dealer croupiers, or other Users through any Platform communication channel;
• Attempting to circumvent geolocation restrictions, IP monitoring, or device fingerprinting mechanisms implemented by 77vip;
• Registering multiple Accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or evading previous Account restrictions.

77vip is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools that are platform-enforced and not merely advisory. All Users are encouraged to use these tools proactively as part of a considered approach to gaming entertainment.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Users within Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount that may be deposited into the Account. Once set, limits may not be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours;
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable notifications that alert the User when a session has reached a specified duration;
• Loss Limits: Caps on the total net loss permissible within a defined period. Play is automatically suspended when the limit is reached;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary access restrictions of 24 hours to 30 days, during which the User cannot log in or place wagers. Once applied, cooling-off periods cannot be shortened;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed until the specified exclusion period expires. Requests for permanent self-exclusion are irrevocable.

All content on the 77vip Platform — including but not limited to the 77vip name, logo, domain name, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, imagery, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of 77vip or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable international intellectual property law.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal gaming entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any Platform content without the prior written consent of 77vip;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any Platform software;
• Use of the 77vip name, logo, or brand assets in any context not expressly authorised by 77vip in writing;
• Scraping, crawling, or automated collection of any data or content from the Platform for any purpose.

Any intellectual property rights arising from material submitted by Users through Platform communication channels — including support chat, feedback forms, or community features — are assigned to 77vip upon submission, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77vip's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

77vip expressly excludes liability for:

• Gaming losses resulting from normal game operation — the house edge is a mathematical certainty disclosed to all Users before play commences;
• Indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses of any kind, including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity;
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or inaccessibility of the Platform due to Force Majeure events, scheduled maintenance, or third-party infrastructure failures;
• Actions or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or telecommunications providers;
• Losses arising from a User's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials;
• Decisions made by Users in reliance on Platform content, game statistics, or promotional materials where such reliance is unreasonable.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 77vip's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Users may close their Account at any time by submitting a written request through the live chat support channel or by emailing [email protected]. Upon voluntary Account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the PKR Wallet (net of any incomplete bonus wagering requirements) will be refunded to the User's registered withdrawal method within five business days.

77vip reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Discovery that the User did not meet the eligibility requirements at registration or no longer meets them;
• Suspicion or confirmation of prohibited conduct, including fraud, money laundering, or system abuse;
• Account inactivity exceeding 24 consecutive months, subject to applicable law on dormant account handling;
• Regulatory or legal obligation requiring the closure or restriction of the Account;
• Reasonable grounds to believe that continued Account operation poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Users.

Where an Account is terminated by 77vip due to a User's breach of these Terms, 77vip reserves the right to forfeit the Account balance, including real-money funds, where the balance is determined to be directly linked to or derived from the breach in question. Such forfeiture decisions are subject to internal review and are communicated to the User in writing.

77vip is committed to resolving User disputes fairly, promptly, and transparently. Users who wish to raise a dispute regarding any Platform decision — including game outcome settlements, withdrawal processing, bonus application, or Account restrictions — should follow the process described below:

• Step 1 — Initial Contact: Contact the 77vip support team via live chat or by email at [email protected], providing full details of the dispute, including the Account identifier, date and time of the relevant event, and a clear description of the issue and desired resolution;
• Step 2 — Internal Review: 77vip will acknowledge receipt of the dispute within 48 hours and complete an internal review within seven business days. Session logs, transaction records, and communication history will be consulted as part of the review;
• Step 3 — Resolution Communication: A written resolution will be communicated to the User's registered email address. Where the dispute involves a game outcome, the relevant session recording will be reviewed and its content is considered definitive;
• Step 4 — Escalation: Where a User remains unsatisfied following the internal review, they may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory body under 77vip's operating licence. Details of the applicable regulator are available upon request from the support team.

Users are requested not to initiate chargeback requests through their payment provider before completing the internal dispute resolution process. Chargebacks raised without first engaging the dispute process may be treated as evidence of bad faith and may result in Account suspension.

77vip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be notified to Users via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days prior to the effective date of the change. Non-material corrections, clarifications, or administrative updates may take effect without advance notice.

The current version of the Terms will always be accessible on the Platform at 77vip.cam/terms-conditions, displaying the effective date prominently. Users who continue to use the Platform following the effective date of any amendment are deemed to have accepted the amended Terms. Users who do not accept material changes may close their Account prior to the effective date without penalty.

It is each User's responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates. 77vip recommends reviewing the Terms at the commencement of each calendar quarter or upon receipt of any amendment notification.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 77vip's operating jurisdiction under its international gaming licence. Nothing in this clause is intended to deprive Users in any jurisdiction of mandatory consumer protection rights to which they are entitled under the law of their own jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms that is not resolved through the internal dispute resolution process described in Section 12, the parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the operating jurisdiction, without prejudice to a User's right to bring proceedings in their own jurisdiction where applicable law provides that right.

These Terms are written in English, which is the governing language for all interpretation purposes. Any translation of these Terms into Urdu or any other language is provided for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of the English version.
